PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is polymethacrylate (PMA) type pour point depressant, which provides various lubricant with stable low temperature solution. It has outstanding pour point depression effect and shear stability. It is especially applicable in high and middle viscosity Gr. I base oil and Gr. II, III base oil and OCP viscosity improver formulation with high ethylene content.

PRODUCT APPLICATIONS

This product is mainly used for internal combustion oil, gear oil and hydraulic oil, etc. It is a universal pour point depressant.

DOSAGE RECOMMENDED (WT%)

0.1-0.5%
Dosage may be higher for gear oil formulation, eg. 0.5-1.0% .

PACKING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

Please observe the SH/T 0164 standard and the MSDS of this product when storing, shipping, handling and using this product. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The highest storage temperature shall not exceed 75℃. For long term storage, the highest temperature shall not more than 45℃.
