PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is prepared from borated high molecular weight ashless dispersant, low base number synthetic sulfonate, high temperature detergent, oxidation & corrosion inhibitor, high-temperature assistant antioxidant, etc. KTE-069B can be used for producing high grade of gas engine oil specialized for shuttle buses, heavy duty gas engine oil and stationary gas engine oil. With good high temperature detergency, anticorrosion, thermal oxidation stability and excellent antiwear property and proper ash, it can meet the requirement of gas engine oil.

BLENDING PROCESS

Select proper base oil, blend and heat up to 65±5℃. Add appropriate amount of antifoam, PPD and VII successively and then add the corresponding dosage of KTE-069B after constant temperature blending evenly. Keep constant temperature blending evenly until qualified.

PACKING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

Please observe the SH/T 0164 standard and the MSDS of this product when storing, shipping, handling and using this product. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The highest storage temperature shall not exceed 75℃. For long term storage, the highest temperature shall not more than 45℃.
